General Changes

This section details significant gameplay and interface improvements. A new "League Migrations" button simplifies character transfers between leagues. Strongbox mechanics have been refined, reducing enemy wave intervals and improving mob visibility. A bug preventing monster spawns has been squashed, and fog now dissipates upon enemy defeat. You'll also find Research Strongboxes more frequently. Runes in equipment are now replaceable, armor effectiveness has been boosted, and character level no longer restricts access to Expedition Vendors (though item rarity still depends on shop level). Minions now respawn instantly near the player if they die too far away. Uncut Gem levels are now clearly visible in item names, equipped Charms display remaining charges, map entrances are safer (no more instant monster spawns!), and item pickup is smoother during other actions. Performance improvements target shadow-heavy areas and loading speeds, with optimizations for boss fights, visual effects, and The Ziggurat Encampment.

Vine Arrow's description clarifies that it only hits on impact. The Aura tag has been removed from Pain Offering. Skills in Meta Gems can no longer gain energy. Lightning Bolt is now "Greater Lightning Bolt" to reflect its origin from the Choir of the Storm amulet, and its damage mechanics have been tweaked.

Some monster spawn rates have been reduced, and mob energy shields have been rebalanced for smoother map clearing. Over 40 visual and attack improvements have been made to various mobs, enhancing the overall combat experience without drastically altering gameplay.

Four new Tower Map areas are now accessible. The Lost Towers Map has been updated. The Arbiter of Ash fight now allows six attempts instead of one, with Falling Flame Seed and Flaming Gale no longer interruptible or blockable. The boss also focuses less on minions. Map areas now feature checkpoints, guaranteeing at least three Rare Monsters per map. Monster density has been increased in some areas (e.g., Untainted Paradise has double the monsters). Chest counts have been increased in certain areas. Boss encounter frequency has increased (roughly one per four maps), but the Waystone drop rate from Map Bosses has been lowered.
