This week, the InZOI development team is taking a well-deserved New Year’s break (a three-day holiday in South Korea). Before their break, project lead Hyungjun "Kjun" Kim shared updates on highly requested community features, outlining which will be implemented and to what extent.

InZOI will allow players to use real facial capture to create zoi templates. While previously announced, Kjun emphasized the team's commitment to further simplifying this creation process.
Personal pets will also be a feature, though not available during the early access period. Players will need to be patient for this one. (Interestingly, Kjun is a self-proclaimed animal lover!)
Expect to see tall buildings, capped at 30 floors. While the game engine could handle taller structures, this limit helps maintain optimal performance.
Gas stations and, importantly, fights, will be included. Kjun acknowledged previous feedback regarding the shallow "slap" mechanic, stating that the game will now feature full-fledged fight sequences with clear winners and losers.
Finally, a tutorial will be added to help newcomers navigate the game mechanics. This thoughtful addition is a welcome inclusion for players new to the genre.
Currently, Krafton still plans to release InZOI in early access at the end of March, with no anticipated delays.
