Featuring the Iconic Trio: Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres

Starting January 20, the Dynamax forms of Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres will take to the skies in Pokémon GO. These colossal legendary birds will grace five-star Max Battles at Power Spots, offering you the chance to battle and capture these magnificent creatures. Each legendary bird will make its debut on consecutive Mondays during this period. Here's the schedule:

⚫︎ Dynamax Articuno: January 20
⚫︎ Dynamax Zapdos: January 27
⚫︎ Dynamax Moltres: February 3

Following their initial appearance, each legendary bird will be available for an entire week. Additionally, during this event, participate in the "Legendary Flight Timed Research" for a chance to catch Pokémon, some of which may be Shiny, perfect for battling the legendary birds. You'll also earn Candy and Max Particles to power up your team! Here's the schedule for the Timed Research, in your local time:

Victory Pokémon, Victini, Obtainable Once Again

The Pokémon GO Tour: Unova global event brings more excitement with updates on how players worldwide can participate. While the in-person event may not be accessible to everyone, the Pokémon GO team has announced that all players can upgrade their free Tour Pass to a Tour Pass Deluxe for enhanced rewards and accelerated progression.

On February 24, 2025, at 10:00 am, every Pokémon GO player will receive their free Tour Pass, allowing them to "collect Tour Points and rank up to get additional rewards" until the event concludes on March 2, 2025, at 6:00 pm local time.

Upgrading to the Tour Pass Deluxe not only speeds up your progression but also grants you an immediate encounter with the Mythical Pokémon Victini and a new item, the Lucky Trinket, upon reaching the highest tier. This innovative item enables you to set your status with a friend to Lucky Friends, facilitating a trade to obtain a Lucky Pokémon with boosted stats and a reduced power-up cost. Note that the Lucky Friends status clears after the trade, making it a one-time opportunity to secure a powerful Pokémon.

The Tour Pass Deluxe and Tour Pass Deluxe + 10 Ranks bundles are priced at $14.99 USD and $19.99 USD, respectively. Remember to claim your rewards before they expire on March 9, 2025, at 6:00 pm.
