"Grand Theft Auto V PC Release Set for March 4"

By GraceMay 14,2025

After over two years of anticipation, PC gamers of *Grand Theft Auto V* are in for a treat. On March 4, a major update will bring the PC version nearly on par with the console editions, incorporating features from the 2022 PS5 and Xbox Series versions. The best part? This upgrade is completely free for all current players, with seamless transfer of progress in both GTA Online and Story Mode without any additional steps required.

The lion's share of this update is dedicated to GTA Online, introducing a vast array of content that was previously exclusive to console players. Moreover, PC players will now have access to the GTA+ subscription, which offers numerous advantages including the ability to collect profits from in-game businesses at an accelerated rate. Rockstar Games has also stepped up its game by enhancing anti-cheat measures to ensure a fair playing field for everyone.

Alongside these new features, the update promises significant graphical enhancements. However, it's worth noting that this comes with an increase in system requirements. Players with hardware that can't handle the updated version will still have the option to continue playing the older version, which will continue to receive support from the developers. Unfortunately, there won't be cross-version play, so keep this in mind if you're considering sticking with the older version.
