If you’re a fan of dark fantasy RPGs, you might remember Vampire’s Fall: Origins, which made waves back in 2018 with its atmospheric world of witches, vampires, and militia recruits. Now, the game has a sequel—Vampire’s Fall 2—and it’s officially launched on Android today.

Set in the same universe as the original, the sequel picks up where the first game left off. In the original, players began as a new recruit in the peaceful village of Vamp’Ire, only to uncover sinister whispers of a Witchmaster. In Vampire’s Fall 2, however, things are a bit different. For starters, it’s an open-world experience now.

An Evolved Open World Experience

Vampire’s Fall 2 boasts a vibrant 2D open world that feels far more immersive than its predecessor. As a vampire, you’ll dive into a realm where abilities and powers dictate how you engage in combat. The best part? Combat happens seamlessly within the same world you explore. You’ll see your weapons, armor, and character stats while navigating through the environment.

The levelling system has been revamped for the better. Instead of rigid skill trees, each level-up grants you randomised stat boosts. This means you can tailor your character to fit your preferred playstyle with more flexibility.

Combat in Vampire’s Fall 2 is tactical and engaging. Every move counts, especially when managing HP and FP potions, as each action consumes a turn. The arsenal includes six distinct weapon types, such as daggers and katanas, adding depth to your strategy.

A Deeper, More Engaging Experience

Just like the original, Vampire’s Fall 2 delivers witty dialogue and robust customisation options. Early Morning Studio, the developers behind the game, have clearly listened to feedback and improved upon the elements fans loved. They’ve even integrated a chat feature directly into the UI, allowing seamless communication without interrupting gameplay.

For those who enjoy PvP battles, you don’t need to grind endlessly to challenge others. Jump straight into matches and test your skills against other players.
