April 9

⚫︎ SHIFT UP, the creators of Stellar Blade, have partnered with JND Studios to launch pre-orders for 1/3 scale hyper-realistic figures of characters EVE and Tachy on April 18. The Dual version, priced at $3,599, sold out in minutes, while limited stock remains for the individual EVE figure at $2,199. These stunning collectibles are set to be released in Q3 2026.

April 9

⚫︎ JND Studios, in collaboration with Shift-Up, will craft hyper-realistic figurines of Stellar Blade's protagonist Eve and the eighth boss, Tachy. The partnership was initially announced in July 2024, and on April 8, 2025, JND confirmed the characters to be sculpted. These highly anticipated collectibles are slated for release later in 2025.

⚫︎ During the latest State of Play, Shift Up revealed that Stellar Blade will be available on PC starting June 2025. Additionally, the studio announced the upcoming Goddess of Victory: Nikke DLC, set to launch in the same month, featuring a new boss battle, collectible dolls and stickers, and a new outfit.

⚫︎ To celebrate a successful 2023, Shift Up Studio has generously awarded each employee a PlayStation 5 Pro console and a collective bonus of ¥1,000,000 (approximately $32,000). This gesture follows the stellar debut of Stellar Blade on PS5, which received positive reviews, robust sales, and numerous nominations at The Game Awards.

⚫︎ Stellar Blade's Eve clinched the Best New Character award at the PlayStation Blog's Game of the Year 2024 Awards. Eve outshone competitors like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6's Jane Harrow, Dragon Age: The Veilguard's Emmrich Volkarin, and Rise of the Rōnin's Ryoma Sakamoto. Other notable mentions included Metaphor: ReFantazio's Strohl, Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail's Wuk Lamat, and Helldivers 2's General Brasch.

⚫︎ Stellar Blade is hosting a festive holiday event in Xion on December 17, 2024. The city square and The Last Gulp gathering hall will be adorned with holiday decorations, including festive lights and a Christmas tree. New BGM tracks, "Dawn (Winter)" and "Take Me Away," will enhance the in-camp ambience, while a new holiday-themed mini-game offers players fun rewards.

November 26

⚫︎ Shift Up has released a patch to fix issues introduced with the Stellar Blade x Nier Automata update. This free update, which included Nier Automata-themed cosmetics and a new Photo Mode, encountered problems such as crashes and missing costumes. The hotfix improves Photo Mode stability and restores the Nier Automata outfits for players who've completed specific in-game challenges.

⚫︎ On November 11, 2024, Shift Up Studio's technical director Donki Lee announced two significant updates for Stellar Blade. The first is a free update (version 1.009.001) that introduces four new outfits, one accessory, enhanced lip-sync support, and a new photo mode. The second update is the first paid DLC, a crossover with NieR: Automata, developed in collaboration with directors Kim Hyung Tae and Yoko Taro.
