The Black Panther Lore: The Blood of Kings in Marvel Rivals.Previous Marvel Rivals challenges often involved in-game hunts. Season 1's Chronoverse Saga Achievements, for example, sent players on various quests. However, the Midnight Features II quest changes things up, requiring a bit of reading.

Each character in Marvel Rivals features a lore section detailing their backstory and world. While optional, exploring these sections provides extra insight into your favorite heroes. To access this lore, simply navigate to the Heroes screen in the main menu and select the Lore section.

Accessing Black Panther's hero page reveals "The Blood of Kings." Completing the challenge is as simple as clicking on this lore entry. Alternatively, the Midnight Features II screen provides a "Go" button next to the challenge, directly linking you to the lore and allowing immediate reward claim.

Beyond completing the challenge, the lore itself is a compelling read. It depicts T'Challa's journey to an alternate reality New York to seek Reed Richards' help in curing a Heart-Shaped Herb ailment. His quest encounters resistance from vampires, culminating in a confrontation with Dracula, who poisons T'Challa, forcing him to make a difficult choice between self-preservation and saving countless lives.
