Pokécology promises to offer a comprehensive exploration of Pokémon from a biological and ecological perspective. This isn't just another Pokédex—it's a detailed analysis of how Pokémon live, eat, sleep, interact, and coexist within their environments.

Authored by leading veterinary behaviorists and ecology experts from the University of Tokyo, this book blends scientific rigor with Pokémon lore. Renowned ecologist Yoshinari Yonehara spearheads the research on wild Pokémon behaviors, while illustrator Chihiro Kino, known for her work in various animal ecology publications, brings Pokémon to life with vivid full-color illustrations.

While previous Pokémon publications have focused on battling strategies, game mechanics, or fictional storytelling, Pokécology marks a significant shift by exploring the natural history of these creatures. It's an educational yet engaging resource that provides both kids and adults with a deeper understanding of the Pokémon universe through a scientific lens.
