This event presents a unique chance to capture Pokémon with enhanced IV stats. The convenience extends to the Shadow Ho-Oh Raid Day on January 19th (2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time), offering boosted shiny Shadow Ho-Oh encounter rates and the ability to teach it Sacred Fire. Furthermore, players can utilize Charged TMs to remove the Frustration move from Shadow Pokémon.
While this functionality is temporary, the inclusion of remote raid passes in Shadow Raids fulfills a significant player request since their 2023 introduction.
