Today is Earth Day, and Pikmin Bloom is celebrating with a fresh take on the Party Walk event. Instead of focusing on your steps, this event encourages you to plant more flowers, aligning perfectly with the spirit of Earth Day. If you're a fan of Niantic's augmented reality and location-based gaming, you won't want to miss this.

When Is the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk?

The special Earth Day-themed Official Party Walk in Pikmin Bloom runs from April 22nd to April 30th. During this period, the focus shifts from counting steps to tallying the flowers you plant. Each bloom contributes to a global total, enhancing the Earth Day celebration with more greenery and purpose.

To participate, you'll need to actively plant flowers, and your efforts will be rewarded in a fun way. Depending on the collective total of flowers planted during the event, players can unlock special weather-themed Decor Pikmin through Huge Seedlings.

Here's what you can achieve: if the global total reaches 500 million flowers, everyone participating will receive a Huge Seedling that grows into a Leaf Hat Decor Pikmin. Should the total hit 1 billion flowers, a Snow Decor Pikmin becomes available. And if the community pushes it to 1.5 billion, participants can unlock a Huge Seedling for a Present Sticker (Gold) Decor Pikmin, exclusive to White Pikmin.

But Keep This in Mind

To ensure your flowers count towards the event, you must join the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk. Make sure you've updated to app version 117 and signed up correctly. If you're new to the game, you can download it from the Google Play Store.

To ease the flower planting mission, everyone participating will receive a promo code. Remember, all flower types contribute to the goal, so feel free to plant any kind. Just get out there and start blooming!
