Bethesda has exciting news for fans eagerly awaiting the next adventure in the Indiana Jones universe: MachineGames’ Indiana Jones and The Great Circle will be available on PlayStation 5 starting April 15 for those who pre-order, granting them early access before the game's global release on April 17. This PS5 launch comes four months after the game debuted on Xbox and PC, showcasing Bethesda's commitment to a multiplatform approach.

Alongside the announcement, a playful promotional trailer was released, featuring a delightful interaction between two of the most iconic video game actors: Troy Baker, who voices Indiana Jones, and Nolan North, known for his role as Nathan Drake in the Uncharted series. The trailer captures a humorous and knowing exchange between the two, highlighting the shared spirit of adventure that connects their characters. In the video, Baker and North discuss the challenges their characters face, with North playfully suggesting he might be on the run from goons, a nod to the action-packed nature of both franchises.

This moment underscores the game's arrival on PlayStation, placing Xbox's Indiana Jones alongside PlayStation's Uncharted on Sony's console. The playful banter concludes with a suggestion that perhaps Lara Croft might join the conversation, adding to the camaraderie among these legendary characters.

Other titles like Playground’s Forza Horizon 5 and Id Software’s Doom: The Dark Ages are also set to follow suit, indicating a broader trend in the gaming industry.

Since its launch, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has already attracted 4 million players, thanks in part to its availability on Game Pass from day one. With the upcoming PS5 release, these numbers are expected to soar even higher.

In a heartwarming endorsement, Harrison Ford, the legendary actor behind Indiana Jones, praised Troy Baker's performance in the game. Speaking to The Wall Street Journal, Ford expressed his satisfaction with Baker's portrayal, humorously noting, "You don’t need artificial intelligence to steal my soul. You can already do it for nickels and dimes with good ideas and talent. He did a brilliant job, and it didn’t take AI to do it."
