This week's Mortal Kombat 1 update delivered a surprise addition alongside the anticipated Conan the Barbarian: a pink-clad ninja named Floyd! This unannounced character is no mere Easter egg; he's a fully playable, albeit secret, fighter.

Floyd's design is a clear nod to the iconic Pink Floyd album cover, The Dark Side of the Moon, mirroring its prismatic light dispersion. Interestingly, his moveset borrows heavily from other ninjas in the game, incorporating Sub-Zero's freezing abilities and Scorpion's spear attacks. Adding to the fun, Floyd boasts a quirky 1337 health stat.

Long-time Mortal Kombat fans will recognize a parallel to Reptile, the hidden character from the original game. Like Floyd, Reptile was notoriously difficult to defeat and utilized a moveset composed of techniques from other ninjas.
