The upcoming season of Pokémon GO is set to bring a thrilling martial arts flair to the game with the Might and Mastery event, kicking off on March 4th, 2025, and lasting until June 3rd, 2025. This event promises a dynamic blend of action, introducing a new Pokémon and a legendary debut that fans are sure to love.

Who’s the Might and Mastery in Pokémon GO?

The star of the Might and Mastery event is Kubfu, the little Fighting-type powerhouse. Players can train with Kubfu during the event and evolve it into one of its two formidable Urshifu forms: Single Strike Style and Rapid Strike Style. Additionally, the event introduces Dynamax battles, where Pokémon can grow to kaiju-sized proportions, providing an exciting twist to your battles. You'll likely see Kubfu showcasing its strength in a truly massive way.

The adventure deepens with the Might and Mastery Special Research, available from March 5th at 10:00 a.m. until June 3rd at 9:59 a.m. This research will unlock in stages throughout the season, so keep an eye on your research tab to ensure you don't miss out on any of the exciting rewards and challenges.

The Powerful Potential event, running from March 5th to March 10th, marks Kubfu's grand debut in Pokémon GO. This little warrior cannot be traded, sent to the professor, or transferred to Pokémon HOME, making it a unique addition to your team.

Participate in Epic Battles

From March 8th at 6:00 a.m. to March 9th at 9:00 p.m., Max Battles will dominate the scene, with Power Spots refreshing more frequently. One-Star Max Battles will feature Dynamax Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble, while Six-Star Max Battles will showcase Gigantamax Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise. For those looking for a challenge, One-Star Raids will include Gothita, Solosis, and Sinistea, and Three-Star Raids will feature Alolan Raichu, Hisuian Typhlosion, and Sableye.
