Solving the Fountain of Confession Puzzle in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

Following the Sacred Wounds puzzle and your escape from the Vatican's depths, Indy uses the scroll from the Giant's tomb to pinpoint his next destination: the Fountain of Confession. Remember to photograph every inscription, statue, and mural for Adventure Points!

Exit Antonio's office (as you did at the start of the Sacred Wounds mission) and consult your journal's map. Follow the waypoints to a set of stairs in the courtyard, leading you to the puzzle's starting point.

First, locate the chest near the fountain and construction area. Inside lies the fountain key, granting access to the adjacent storage room.

Use your whip to rappel to the rooftop, then swing across to a window, returning you to the fountain's upper level. You'll see two dragon statues. Ignore the one you're on; swing to the other, grab its protruding claw, activating a lever.

Manipulate the lever to rotate the statue, aligning it face-to-face with its counterpart. Repeat the process on the opposite statue, noticing its claw is missing.

Locate the missing claw on the scaffolding below. Rappelling down triggers a cutscene with Gina Lombardi, who then assists you. After the cutscene, retrieve the claw.

Return to the statue, insert the claw, and rotate the statue to face its twin. This action rotates the ground-level fountain statue, revealing the next stage. Rappel down.

Use your whip to pull the fountain statue, revealing a gate blocked by three statues: an angel, a man, and a smaller figure.

Activate the lever near the fountain to initiate the first wall puzzle. Position the male statue under the water bucket, then use your whip to fill it. Push the statue toward the smaller figure, completing the baptism sequence and moving the angel statue.

Reactivate the lever for the second puzzle. Manipulate the stone path layers using the handles to guide the angel figure to the right, moving the remaining statue.

Finally, push the central statue through the gate to activate a spiral staircase, leading you to the next part of your adventure.
