However, in the case of *Your House*, you might find yourself wishing it were different. This seemingly cozy home hides a dark side that you'll uncover as you dive into this chilling text-based adventure.

In *Your House*, you step into the shoes of Debbie, a young woman who faces a series of unfortunate events on her 18th birthday: expulsion from school, betrayal by her best friend, and being hit by a car. With nothing left to lose, she receives a mysterious key and a letter directing her to the enigmatic house. Driven by curiosity and desperation, Debbie sets out to unravel the mysteries lurking within.

As you navigate through the game, you'll encounter dozens of escape room-style puzzles. With a mysterious figure watching from the sidewalk, you must use your wits to ensure Debbie's survival. The game combines text-based narration with striking visuals, creating an immersive experience as you explore the nooks and crannies of this eerie abode.

As you delve into the various rooms and solve the puzzles, the game offers plenty of visuals to enhance the text-based storytelling, making it well worth exploring.

Be prepared for some intense tapping, though. While Catherine praised *Your House* in her review, she did note that the gameplay might feel a bit frantic at times. However, if you're willing to take your time and carefully examine each screen, you'll appreciate the game's slow-burn pace and the rewarding experience it offers.
