Baldur's Gate 3's highly anticipated Patch #8 is on the horizon, bringing with it cross-play, a photo mode, and a whopping 12 new subclasses. Larian Studios recently offered a sneak peek at four of these subclasses in a video: the Bard College of Enchantment, Barbarian Path of the Giant, Cleric Death Domain, and Druid Circle of Stars.
Currently undergoing stress testing (with further sign-up opportunities available), the patch's release date remains undisclosed. However, Larian continues to build excitement with this video, the first in a series showcasing all 12 new subclasses. Two more trailers are planned, offering a comprehensive look before the update’s launch. The stress test, initiated in January, already introduced the photo mode as a major addition. As the final major patch, #8 concludes Baldur's Gate 3's post-launch development, leaving players both satisfied and curious about the future.
