Your journey to the cat island begins in the Omi region, which you'll reach around the midpoint of the game. Ensure your characters are well-equipped and ready for new challenges before heading northeast to Omi.

Your destination is Lake Biwa, a vast body of water central to the Omi region. To reach the island, it's highly advisable to secure a boat from nearby settlements like Azuchi or Omizo. Alternatively, if you're feeling adventurous, you can swim to the island.

Navigate to the larger island in the middle of Lake Biwa, northwest of Azuchi. Upon arrival, you'll discover Okishima island, featuring a Kakurega where you can rest. You'll notice fish being dried near the docks, a clear sign that this place is a haven for a particular type of animal.

To immerse yourself in the feline wonderland of Okishima, head north towards the Leap of Faith. As you ascend, you'll encounter an increasing number of cats.
