Delta Force Game: Release Date and Time Revealed

PC Alpha Went Live on August 6, 2024!

The Delta Force PC Alpha Test kicked off on August 5 at 9 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. PDT, providing eager fans with their first taste of the game. However, the developers announced on August 30 that the Alpha Test would conclude on September 8, or more specifically, on September 7 at 8 p.m. EDT / 5 p.m. PDT for those in the United States.

Gamers had several avenues to secure their spot in the Alpha Test:

Additionally, the official Twitter/X account of Delta Force frequently offered Alpha Test codes during special events and milestones, giving fans more opportunities to join the action.

July 24 Update: New Alpha Test Date Announced

Delta Force announced a new date for the delayed Alpha Test, set for August 6, 2024. Fans could try their luck to get in through the official website, the official Steam page, or by securing keys via Twitch drops or giveaways. One notable giveaway on their official Twitter/X account saw 100 lucky winners receiving codes for the Alpha Test.

July 16 Update: Alpha Test Postponed

From the pre-alpha test held from July 11 to 15, the developers identified several critical errors that affected gameplay for the limited number of participants. As a result, they had to postpone the planned July Alpha Test to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience for players.

Initially Scheduled Alpha Test

Delta Force was initially set to hold its Alpha Test starting July 18, with no end date disclosed at the time. Fans could attempt to gain access through various methods:

• Watching Content Creators on Twitch.tv to receive Steam keys as Twitch Drops

The pre-alpha test from July 11 to 15 served as a stress test, allowing a small subset of players early access. Requesting access through all available channels might have increased the chances of early participation.

The Alpha Test was exclusively for PC, accessible through the game's official client or Steam. Note that access to one platform did not guarantee access to the other, as cross-progression was not available during the Alpha Test.
