Activision has announced a later-than-anticipated launch date for Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops 6 Season 3, slated for April 3rd. The official Call of Duty Twitter account revealed the news:
Season 03 is a big moment for Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops 6, and we’re taking the time to deliver a great experience starting on April 3.

This pushes back the season's start from the previously indicated March 20th, based on the current Battle Pass countdown.
Anticipation is high for Season 3, particularly surrounding the rumored return of the popular Verdansk map. Activision has hinted at Verdansk's comeback this spring, and a recent in-game shop popup suggested "The Verdansk Collection" would launch March 10th, further fueling speculation.
Further details regarding Season 3's content are expected next week, possibly coinciding with the release of "The Verdansk Collection." Until then, players can enjoy Season 2's offerings, which include five new multiplayer maps, the return of Gun Game, new weapons and operators, and a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover event.
