Humans (Known In-Universe as Folk)

Humans, referred to as Folk within Avowed, dominate both the game world and the character creation options. As part of the broader Kith category, which includes various sentient and civilized species, humans are the most common choice for players. The character creator offers extensive customization for humans, ensuring a wide appeal. Players can choose from numerous presets, utilize a skin tone slider, and select from various hair textures. This level of customization allows players to craft a character that closely resembles themselves or their ideal avatar.

Elves

Elves are another race available for selection in Avowed. Visually, elves are very similar to humans, distinguished primarily by their unique facial structures and iconic long, pointed ears. The character creator provides the same depth of customization for elves as for humans, allowing players to fine-tune their appearance to their liking.

Godlikes

A third race option in Avowed is the Godlike. Although all Envoys in the story are Godlike, players have the choice to either display or conceal their Godlike features. These features include unique hair and facial options that range from subtle to strikingly surreal. At launch, players can select from 14 different Godlike facial features and four distinct hair options, which are uniformly available across all character races and body types.

What Gender Options are Available in the Avowed Character Creator?
