In the year 1205 of the Seventh Calendar, Lavi, a native of Northumbria, joins the "Jagers of the North"—the continent's most formidable hunter troop. Driven by a desire to protect her homeland and distinguish herself from her grandfather Vlad, who was revered as a hero but later betrayed his people, Lavi embarks on her mission. Her dedication sometimes leads her to breach discipline, resulting in her assignment to a platoon alongside Jaeger Corps members Marty, Iselia, and Talion. Their mission? A daring espionage operation into the Erebonia Empire to uncover secrets about the "Hero of the Empire," a mysterious threat to Northumbria.

Under the supervision of Nihon Falcom Co., Ltd., this game recreates the world setting and story of "The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel: Northern War." As Lavi, you'll explore Zemuria with characters from this title and unique friends from the "Kiseki series," crafting a classic RPG experience filled with a rich worldview.
