Welcome to the Royal Petrol LLP loyalty program, designed to reward both regular and new customers of our Royal Petrol filling stations and Continent mini markets. As a member of our program, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including bonus points (Bonuses), special discounts, and tailored offers that cater to your interests.

Our loyalty program is governed by a set of rules that ensure a seamless experience for all participants. To join, you must be an adult or a minor aged 14 or above, capable of making small household transactions as per the applicable laws. Registration is open to individuals with an individual identification number assigned under the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

When you sign up, you'll need to complete a Participant Questionnaire, providing us with your personal information. By doing so, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of May 21, 2013 "On personal data and their protection." Your data will be used for advertising and information mailings via email, instant messengers, SMS, telephone, and postal services, as well as for processing using automation tools and electronic computers, including database creation. This consent remains valid until you withdraw it in writing.

As a member, you'll receive a Virtual Card through our Royal Petrol mobile application, available on iOS and Android platforms. This electronic card, owned by Royal Petrol LLP, does not have a physical medium but is essential for participating in the program.

Earn Bonus points by making purchases at Royal Petrol filling stations. Each Bonus point is equivalent to 1 tenge, and these points can be redeemed exclusively for purchases within our network. Your Bonus account will keep track of your accrued, withdrawn, and current balance of Bonuses.
