**For users who cannot start on Android 11**

We've received reports that some Android 11 devices experience immediate crashes upon launching the app. To resolve this issue, you can try performing an "Erase Storage" action, which should allow the app to start normally. However, please be aware that this will delete your "parking lot posting history," and unfortunately, this data cannot be recovered.

**Procedure:**

1. Open "Settings"
2. Open "Apps and Notifications"
3. Tap "PP Park!" from the application list
4. Open "Storage and Cache"
5. Tap "Erase Storage"

This bug is related to Android 11, and Google is aware of the issue. While we anticipate a fix from Google and device manufacturers, similar problems persist globally. We apologize for any inconvenience and recommend using "Erase Storage" if you encounter this issue.

If you come across an unregistered parking lot, a lot with revised prices, or a closed lot, please post it! Note that in Android 10 or later, posted information cannot be transferred during model changes.

1) Display your destination on the map.

2) Set the date and time of your parking.

3) Click the "magnifying glass" button at the bottom right of the screen to start searching!

4) Search results are displayed on the map, numbered in ascending order for easy identification of the nearest and cheapest parking lots.

"Google Play Developer Services" is required for Android 4.0 or higher devices using this app. All permissions, including WiFi and Bluetooth, are used to accurately acquire location information. Always verify the price information at the actual parking lot. While we prioritize enhancing parking lot information, we cannot guarantee its accuracy.
