The app also allows for bookmarks on text fragments, which is particularly useful for proofreading and adding comments or corrections. PDF Reader is equipped with a built-in file browser and quick access to recently opened books. It supports online catalogs (OPDS) and integrates with the LitRes online book store. Enhance your reading experience further with Text to Speech (TTS) support, hyphenation dictionaries, and comprehensive FB2 format support, which includes styles, tables, and footnotes. Additional fonts can be added by placing .ttf files in the /sdcard/fonts/ directory.

The app is tailored for a global audience with support for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean languages, along with autodetection of TXT file encoding (GBK, Shift_JIS, BIG5, EUC_KR). You can even fine-tune brightness by flicking the left edge of the screen and choose between a textured or solid color background.
