Long ago, to pacify the elemental spirits wreaking havoc across the Klein Continent, Grand Sorcerer Huey placed gemstones capable of maintaining balance in five altars, sealing them with magical protections. Every ten years, he visited these altars with his clan to maintain the gemstones. However, twenty years ago, Huey disappeared, leaving no one to regulate the gemstones. Over time, this imbalance caused natural disasters and the expansion of the Dead Zone. In response, Huey's familiars summoned the protagonist, Eiden, from another world.

Upon arriving on the Klein Continent, Eiden takes on the responsibilities of the missing Grand Sorcerer. He learns to control his essence—similar to Huey's—and interacts with clan members to gain insight into their essences, aiming to release the seals on the neon gemstones and restore their powers.
