What is the Water Bubble?

It offers the same approximately 9-minute duration but with a significantly cooler visual effect. Acquiring it is relatively straightforward, particularly if you already possess the Kraken Rod.
How to Obtain the Water Bubble

Screenshot by The EscapistLocate the Bubble Mermaid NPC in the Grand Reef. She's situated on the largest island's shore, near the Shipwright and Marley. Speak to her, and she'll offer to help you breathe underwater in exchange for $C25,000 and three Resins. While the cash shouldn't be a problem, gathering the Resins might take some effort.
Acquiring Resins
Screenshot by The EscapistTo obtain Resins, navigate to the Mushgrove Swamp (coordinates: X:2,426, Y: 130, Z: -680) and begin fishing. Your success rate depends heavily on your equipment. The Kraken Rod and a bit of server luck can boost your chances to 10-20%, while lacking these significantly reduces your odds (to approximately 0.04%). You'll need to catch three Resins in total.
Screenshot by The EscapistOnce you have three Resins, return to the Bubble Mermaid, pay her $C25,000, and hand over the Resins. You'll then receive the Water Bubble as a usable item, allowing you to explore the underwater world in style.
