What are Arcanas?
Arcana are modifiers in Vampire Survivors, accessed after unlocking the Randomazzo. The first Arcana, Sarabande of Healing, becomes available upon activating the system. Players select their Arcana cards before a match begins, on the stage selection screen. Each Arcana offers unique benefits, but requires prior unlocking.
Here are a few examples of Arcanas and how to unlock them:

Boogaloo of Illusions: Expands your character's area over 10 seconds, from -25% to +25%, with each level adding +1% area. Unlock: Reach level 50 with Concetta.

Heart of Fire: Weapon projectiles explode on impact, creating light sources and causing explosions upon taking damage. Unlock: Reach level 50 with Arca.

Silent Old Sanctuary: Grants +3 Reroll, Skip, and Banish. Provides +20% Might and -8% Cooldown for each empty weapon slot. Unlock: Reach minute 31 in the Dairy Plant.

Blood Astronomia: Weapons create damage zones affected by Amount and Magnet, dealing damage to enemies within Magnet range based on Amount. Unlock: Reach level 50 with Poe.
