Activate Pack-a-Punch on Citadelle des Morts.
Interact with Professor Krafft via the closed door in the Dungeon.

Page Fragment Locations:

The four fragments spawn within a concentrated area: the Sitting Room (containing Stamin-Up) and its adjacent Passage. They appear as small pieces of paper with unique symbols. Potential spawn points include:

Near the vase by the torch in the Sitting Room Passage.
Between lit and unlit torches to the left of the previous location.
On the ruined corner wall of the Passage.
On the TVs near Stamin-Up.
