Game of Thrones: Kingsroad Mobile RPG Beta Test Announced
Netmarble's upcoming mobile RPG, Game of Thrones: Kingsroad, has unveiled a new gameplay trailer and details about its closed beta test. Set during the show's fourth season, this action-adventure title promises engaging combat and a rich narrative experience.
The closed beta, scheduled for January 16-22, 2025, in the US, Canada, and select European regions, will offer fans early access before the full release later this year. Players can register via the game's official website.
Boasting class-based progression with "fully manual" controls, Kingsroad features iconic characters like Jon Snow, Jaime Lannister, and Drogon. The game introduces an original storyline centered around a new character, the heir to House Tyre in the North, expanding the existing Game of Thrones lore.
The recently released trailer showcases the game's dynamic combat system, described by Netmarble as "raw, aggressive, and destructive." Drawing inspiration from Wildlings, Dothraki, and the Faceless Men, the game aims to deliver a compelling experience for fans eagerly awaiting the next installment in George R.R.
