Scarlet Girls Beginner's Guide – Build your Ultimate Squad of Dynamic 2D Girls

By SamuelMar 05,2025

Dive into the captivating world of Scarlet Girls, a brand-new idle RPG featuring a squad of technologically enhanced mecha waifus. Set in the 119th year of the Old Euro Calendar, humanity faces extinction due to catastrophic events that mutated animals into powerful beings. As a last hope, you must recruit and train these mecha girls to combat these catastromechs and restore peace. This beginner's guide explores core mechanics and game modes to boost your progress.

Mastering Scarlet Girls' Combat Mechanics

Scarlet Girls offers a completely idle, casual experience. Combat is turn-based, with allies and enemies acting based on their Speed stat. Battles involve five characters, and the Quick Dispatch feature automatically optimizes your team. Sit back and enjoy the thrilling special ability animations!

Your "Stellaris" characters utilize powerful active and passive abilities automatically. Each skill has a cooldown. Strategic squad building is key to maximizing your team's strengths; there's no direct player intervention during battles. The power of your deployed characters and your team composition determine victory.

Stellaris are categorized into four classes:

  • Paladins: High armor, drawing enemy fire and protecting teammates.
  • Support: Healing and support abilities, providing backline utility.
  • Devastator: High firepower, dealing devastating energy damage.
  • Assaulter: Bladed weapon specialists, inflicting significant physical damage.

Navigating the Echo Gacha System

Recruit Stellaris through the gacha system. Characters have different rarities: R, SR, SSR, and SSR+. Higher rarity equals stronger base stats (Attack, Defense, HP) and more powerful abilities.

The "Normal Echo" banner (at global launch) offers R-SSR Stellaris. Use Echo tickets or Diamonds to summon. An SSR is guaranteed within 40 summons. Each summon awards 20 Echo points; 2000 points lets you choose a random SSR from elemental banners (excluding Nebula). Rarity recruitment probabilities are:

  • R Stellaris: 19.979% (per character)
  • SR Stellaris: 2.667% (per character)
  • SSR Stellaris: 0.133% (per character)
  • SSR+ Stellaris: 0.010% (per character)
