Introduced at CES 2024, the Alienware AW3225QF is one of Dell's two OLED monitors blending 4K resolution with an OLED panel, alongside the 27" Alienware AW2725Q released earlier this year. Powered by Samsung's QD-OLED technology, this monitor delivers brighter visuals than standard OLEDs while retaining exceptional response times, contrast ratios, and deep black levels. Certified for HDR True Black 400, it reaches up to 1,000 nits of peak brightness and features a factory-calibrated 99.3% DCI-P3 color gamut, a 1700R curve, a 240Hz refresh rate, and G-Sync compatibility.

For connectivity, the AW3225QF offers two HDMI 2.1 ports (one with eARC) and a DisplayPort 1.4, all supporting 4K at up to 240Hz. It also includes two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports for peripherals and a USB Type-C port for charging. Dell provides a three-year warranty, including protection against burn-in.

Note that 4K monitors demand significant GPU power, with 2.25 times more pixels than QHD. For gaming at 4K with up to 240fps, a GeForce RTX 4070 is the minimum recommended, though an RTX 4080 Super, RTX 4090, or RX 7900XTX would fully unleash this monitor’s potential.
