Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.5: Leaked Bangboo Dress-Up Mode to Become Permanent
Recent leaks suggest Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.5 will introduce a new, potentially permanent, Bangboo dress-up game mode. This mode, initially launched as a "Bangboo Beauty Contest" event, allows players to customize outfits for the mascot, Eous.
Version 1.4 introduced new S-Rank characters and permanent combat-focused game modes, but this leak hints at a different kind of addition. The leaked Bangboo event, detailed by reliable leaker Flying Flame, features numerous clothing items for Eous and may even offer a long-awaited skin for Nicole Demara. While the dress-up mode itself will become permanent, event-specific rewards will be time-limited.
Further leaks point to a temporary platformer game mode also arriving in Version 1.5, mirroring the non-combat gameplay seen in other HoYoverse titles like Honkai: Star Rail and Genshin Impact. The update is confirmed to include new S-Rank characters Astra Yao and Evelyn, a new area, and a new chapter in the main storyline. With the January 22nd release date approaching, official announcements are expected soon.
