Playing games with friends often enhances the experience, but not every teammate is equally skilled. In a game like *R.E.P.O.*, however, this dynamic can work in your favor—especially since the monsters are relentless and squad members frequently find themselves in need of help. If you're wondering how to bring your teammates back into the fight after they’ve been taken down, here’s everything you need to know about reviving them in *R.E.P.O.*
What To Do If a Teammate Dies in R.E.P.O.
At the start of each round in *R.E.P.O.*, players begin with 100 HP. While you can regain health using Health Packs found in the Service Station, another unique feature allows teammates to share their health by interacting directly with each other’s health bar. It’s a clever mechanic that encourages cooperation, though it won’t save you once things go completely sideways.
Despite your best efforts, there will be times when the monstrous threats in *R.E.P.O.* prove too powerful. When a teammate is eliminated, their head drops to the ground. Pay close attention to where they fall or check the minimap—it displays an icon matching the color of the fallen player’s character. But simply locating the head is only part of the solution.
Where To Revive Teammates in R.E.P.O.
Once you have the fallen teammate’s head in your inventory, make your way to the extraction point. Place the head at the designated spot, and as long as you’ve fulfilled the loot requirement for the current round (visible in the top-right corner of your screen), your teammate will respawn with 1 HP. They can then enter the truck to restore some additional health so they’re not a liability to the team.
However, if retrieving the head isn't possible, there's another option: starting a new round. Similar to the revival system in *Call of Duty* Zombies, this method respawns all eliminated players at the cost of entering the next round slightly underpowered. While not ideal, it gives newer players a chance to observe without being overwhelmed by the action.
