Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and City Safari Events Announced!

Get ready, Pokémon GO Trainers! Two exciting events are on the horizon: Pokémon GO Tour: Unova and Pokémon GO City Safari.

Pokémon GO Tour: Unova (February 21-23, 2025)

This in-person event will take place in Los Angeles, California (Rose Bowl Stadium) and New Taipei City, Taiwan (Metropolitan Park). Inspired by Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2, the event features themed habitats (Winter Caverns, Spring Soiree, Summer Vacations, and Autumn Masquerade) offering diverse Unova region Pokémon. Shiny Deerling variations will appear depending on the habitat and time of day.

Event Highlights:

• Shiny Meloetta: Encounter this legendary Pokémon via Masterwork Research.
• Shiny Encounters: Increased chances of encountering Shiny Sigilyph, Bouffalant, and others, plus Shiny Pikachu with unique hats via Field Research.
• Raids: Five-Star Raids featuring Reshiram and Zekrom; Three-Star Raids with Druddigon; and One-Star Raids featuring Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott (increased Shiny rates).
• Tickets: Available now at a discounted price ($25 USD in Los Angeles, $630 NT in New Taipei). Add-ons offer extra bonuses like 5,000 XP per raid.
• Event Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time (PST and GMT+8).
• Global Event: Pokémon GO Tour: Unova - Global will run March 1-2, offering free Unova exploration for all trainers.

Pokémon GO City Safari (December 7-8, 2024)

This city-wide event will be held in Hong Kong and São Paulo, Brazil (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time). Join Professor Willow and Eevee to unravel a Pokémon mystery!

Event Highlights:

• Special Eevee: Receive a special Eevee wearing an explorer hat. Evolving it retains the hat.
• Eevee Explorers Expedition: Earn a second explorer hat Eevee.
• Special Pokémon: Encounter Galarian Slowpoke, Unown P, Clamperl, and more in the wild. Oricorio (Pom-Pom and Sensu Styles), Swablu, and Skiddo will hatch from eggs. Location-specific Pokémon will also appear.
• Souvenirs: Pikachu or Eevee visors (while supplies last).
• Tickets: Available now ($10 USD in Hong Kong, R$45 in São Paulo). Add-ons available for extra items and increased Shiny rates.
