Pokémon Go Tour returns next year and we’re heading to the Unova region this time

Pokémon Go Tour: Unova Region Unveiled for 2025!

Prepare for an electrifying return of the Pokémon Go Tour in 2025, this time focusing on the Unova region! Exciting in-person events and a global celebration await.

Two in-person events will kick things off from February 21st to 23rd, offering choices between New Taipei Metropolitan Park (Taiwan) and Rose Bowl Stadium (Los Angeles). These ticketed events feature seasonal themes, legendary storylines, and abundant Pokémon encounters. Tickets are available now at a discounted price: $25 USD in LA or NT$630 in Taipei.

Exclusive gameplay awaits ticket holders, including the chance to encounter Shiny Meloetta for the very first time via Masterwork Research. The optional Egg-thusiast ticket upgrade unlocks additional rewards, with Shiny Maractus, Sigilyph, and Bouffalant hatching from 10km Eggs during the event. Shiny Deerling, the seasonal Pokémon, also debuts, its appearance varying by habitat, offering a collecting challenge. A Special Research story focusing on a world-threatening event and the heroic Reshiram and Zekrom is also planned.

For those unable to attend the in-person events, a global Pokémon Go Tour: Unova will take place on March 1st and 2nd. This free, ticketless event provides access to all the Unova-themed content, just a week after the in-person celebrations conclude.
