Event Date & Time:

The Gigantamax Kingler event takes place on Saturday, February 1st, 2025, from 2 PM to 5 PM local time. Gigantamax Kingler will appear in six-star Max Battles, with a chance to encounter a Shiny version.

Event Bonuses:

Several bonuses enhance the event:

  • During the event (2 PM - 5 PM): Increased Max Particle collection limit (1600), all Power Spots host Gigantamax Battles, increased Power Spot refresh rate, 8x Max Particles from Power Spots.
  • Before & during the event (12 AM - 5 PM): 2x Max Particles from exploration, reduced adventuring distance (1/4) for Max Particle acquisition. Note: The last two bonuses require collecting all visible Max Particles from the Nearby menu beforehand.

Event Exclusives & Tickets:

A $5 (or local equivalent) Timed Research is available during the event (2 PM - 5 PM), rewarding a Max Mushroom, 25,000 XP, 2x XP from Max Battles, and an increased Max Particle collection limit (5600). Tickets can be gifted to Great Friends or higher, but are only available until 4 PM local time and are non-refundable.

Tips for Success:

  • Utilize Max Mushrooms: These double your Dynamax/Gigantamax Pokémon's damage in Max Battles. Using multiple mushrooms consecutively won't stack the damage multiplier, but extends the effect.
  • Team Up: Use Campfire to locate Max Battles and connect with other Trainers for collaborative battles.
