Marvel Rivals welcomes a surprising crossover: the Advanced Suit 2.0 from Marvel's Spider-Man 2!

PlayStation announced the exciting news via X/Twitter, showcasing NetEase Games' adaptation of this iconic suit for their hero shooter.

This stylish Spider-Man suit, originally designed by Insomniac Games for Marvel's Spider-Man, has appeared in all three installments of the series. Its distinctive white spider emblem makes it instantly recognizable. This collaboration with Sony and their console-exclusive superhero game is a delightful surprise for Marvel Rivals players. Get ready to see Spider-Man's Advanced Suit 2.0 in the in-game store starting January 30th, coinciding with Marvel's Spider-Man 2's PC release.

Launched in December, Marvel Rivals already boasts a wide array of unlockable suits. This new Spidey suit is particularly special, given its connection to the immensely popular PlayStation series. Furthermore, the Advanced Suit 2.0 will once again feature the voice talents of Yuri Lowenthal, the actor behind Peter Parker in Insomniac's Spider-Man trilogy and also in Marvel Rivals. Players acquiring the suit on January 30th will find the experience familiar and satisfying.

Adding Spider-Man's Advanced Suit 2.0 provides players with another exciting addition to the game's content, following the launch of Season 1: Eternal Night Falls. This season introduced Mister Fantastic and the Invisible Woman as playable characters, with The Thing and Human Torch arriving shortly. Creative director Guangyun Chen has also promised at least one new hero every month and a half.
