The Sims 4's Blast from the Past event continues its quest-driven reward system. This guide simplifies locating Platinum and Ironyum, crucial resources for the "Inventing the Past" questline.
To obtain Platinum and Ironyum, simply replicate the method used to find the Special Time Capsule. Locate an area with rocks and dirt mounds (parks are ideal). Pause the game to thoroughly scan the area. Once located, interact with the mound to dig. Multiple attempts may be necessary.
Struggling to find dig spots? Speed up in-game time to accelerate mound generation, but avoid prolonged use to prevent missing opportunities.
