Parallel Experiment’s Steam version faces delay, will now simultaneously release with the Android and iOS versions in June

By LeoMar 04,2025

Eleven Puzzles' cooperative puzzle game, Parallel Experiment, has been delayed. Initially slated for a March Steam release, the game will now launch on June 5th across Steam, Android, and iOS platforms simultaneously. This delay allows for the inclusion of all planned content, including optional puzzles, additional mechanics, and the mobile versions, ensuring a complete and unified experience across all platforms. Cross-play functionality will be available at launch.

Players take on the roles of Ally and Old Dog, detectives embroiled in a sinister experiment orchestrated by the Cryptic Killer. Success hinges on collaborative puzzle-solving, encompassing a wide range of challenges – from deciphering codes and manipulating water systems to computer hacking and even rousing a tipsy individual. The game features a captivating noir-inspired aesthetic complemented by a striking comic book art style, creating an immersive and suspenseful atmosphere.

ytBeyond the core puzzle-solving, players can engage in retro-style mini-games, such as darts, claw machines, and match-three puzzles, all with a cooperative element. Interactive dialogue with dynamic NPC responses adds depth to the narrative, while playful interactions, like screen-shaking or notebook doodling, allow for lighthearted moments between players.

Parallel Experiment boasts five times the content of Eleven Puzzles' previous title, promising a significantly enriched cooperative gameplay experience. Visit the Steam page for further details. The June 5th release date applies to all platforms.
