Jetragon, a formidable dragon, reigns supreme as the game's best all-around Pal and arguably the ultimate mount. Its devastating Fire Ball and Beam Comet abilities make it a battlefield powerhouse. Located at the Beach of Everlasting Summer (Level 60), acquiring Jetragon requires preparation: bring Ice-element Pals and ensure Level 2 Heat Resistance.

Bellanoir Libero, a Dark-element Pal, is a formidable combatant despite its inability to serve as a mount. Its unique passive, Siren of the Void, significantly boosts Dark and Ice abilities, proving invaluable against many dragon-type Pals. However, obtaining this Pal requires summoning it via the Summoning Altar.

Paladius and Necromus, twin boss Pals, are the fastest ground mounts in the game. Paladius (Neutral element) excels against dragons, while Necromus (Dark element) shines against other foes. Their potent attacks deliver significant damage, but their base-working capabilities are limited.

Anubis, a top-tier Pal obtainable relatively early, is a superb worker and fighter. Besides defeating the world boss, Anubis can be bred from Penking and Bushi. Its impressive attack power and Handiwork Level 4 make it a valuable asset for both combat and base operations.

Shadowbeak, found only on the northeastern island (No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary), requires a flying or swimming mount to reach. Its Modified DNA grants it the potential to become the strongest Dark-element Pal, excelling in battle, though its resource-gathering skills are less impressive.

Jormuntide Ignis, found in No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary (northwest), is a remarkable combat Pal. Its Stormbringer Lava Dragon passive ability boosts both the rider and the Pal. Its powerful Fire, Electric, and Dragon-type moves make it a formidable opponent. While primarily a combat Pal, its Level 4 Kindling makes it useful for cooking or ore refining.

Frostylion, an Ice-type Pal, is a strong combatant, mount, and base worker. Found at Level 50 in the eastern Land of Absolute Zero, defeating its world boss version requires Fire-type Pals and Level 3 Cold Resistance.

Lyleen Noct, a Dark-element Pal from a cave in the Land of Absolute Zero, serves best as a healer due to its Goddess of the Tranquil Light passive ability. Its Ice and Dark moves are effective against many bosses, and it's useful for medicine production.

Blazamut Ryu, another Raid Boss summoned via the Summoning Altar, requires four Blazamut Ryu Slab Fragments from challenging Sakurajima Island Dungeons. While usable as a mount, it's best suited for combat or base operations (mining and ore refining due to Level 4 Kindling and Mining).

These are the most desirable Pals in Palworld. Most are endgame encounters, so don't rush to acquire them all immediately.
