Nintendo's Latest Announcement: A LEGO Game Boy!
Get ready for a blast from the past! Nintendo has just revealed its latest collaboration with LEGO: a buildable LEGO Game Boy! Launching October 2025, this follows the successful LEGO NES set, offering another nostalgic treat for gamers and LEGO enthusiasts alike.
The announcement, made via X (formerly Twitter), sparked a flurry of excitement – and some playful confusion. Many users jokingly interpreted the news as a delayed Nintendo Switch 2 announcement, with comments like, "Thanks for finally revealing the new console!" and "At this rate, a LEGO Switch 2 will be out before the actual console!"
While details on the Nintendo Switch 2 remain scarce, President Furukawa's May 7, 2024 statement promising a reveal within the fiscal year (ending March) keeps anticipation high.
