Nintendo Adding Wario Land 4 to Nintendo Switch Online Library

Nintendo Switch Online subscribers with the Expansion Pack will receive a delightful treat on February 14th: the addition of the acclaimed Game Boy Advance title, Wario Land 4.

A newly released trailer showcases the game's return. Access is included at no extra cost for those with an active Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership.

The game's synopsis teases Wario's latest treasure hunt: "The incorrigible Wario is back, this time seeking untold riches within a supposedly cursed pyramid. He soon discovers the 'curse' is the least of his worries, facing a perilous adventure for survival!"

Players can anticipate a challenging and varied experience across 20 expansive levels. Earned gold and treasures unlock bonus items after each stage, with additional fun provided by the game's charming minigames.

Originally released in 2001 to critical acclaim (earning a 9/10 from IGN), Wario Land 4 stands out for its inventive level design and difficulty, requiring players to solve puzzles to progress.

This marks the 24th Game Boy Advance title to join the Nintendo Switch Online library, joining a roster of classics including Mario Kart: Super Circuit, The Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap, and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team.
