Minion Rush Unveils Endless Runner Mode in Major Update

Gameloft recently unleashed a monumental update for Minion Rush: Running Game. This overhaul isn’t just skin-deep—it’s a complete revamp under the hood and beyond. The game has transitioned to the Unity engine, delivering a stunning visual upgrade that makes the previously cartoonish yet slightly dated runner appear more polished and sharp. Alongside this, the user interface has been redesigned for enhanced navigation.

One of the standout features of this massive update is the introduction of the highly anticipated endless runner mode. Accessible directly from the main menu, it offers a fresh way to dive into the game. Additionally, individual abilities for Minions are now available.

Another eagerly awaited addition is the ability to customize player profiles. You can now personalize your profile with nicknames, avatars, and frames. The new Costume Collection feature allows you to unlock special bonuses while exploring different styles.

The Hall of Jam is a brand-new mechanic where collecting bananas during runs fills a progress bar. Once completed, you unlock various rewards such as story puzzle pieces, Minion stickers, G-Coins, gadgets, and costumes.

New Power-Ups and Gadgets

The update introduces exciting new power-ups like the Disco-boot, Bouncer, Rocket Blade, and Minion Armor. Gameloft has also added Gadgets, enabling players to strategically enhance their runs with temporary boosts to distance and performance.

Visual and Gameplay Enhancements

Even older locations are receiving visual updates, ensuring the game feels fresh across its map. Daily and weekly tournaments are now integrated, allowing players to compete against others and earn rewards along the way.
