Marvel Snap goes back to the stone age with its latest season, Prehistoric Avengers

By AlexisMar 25,2025

Curious about the origins of the Avengers or what Odin was up to before Thor and Loki came into the picture? And who exactly is Agamotto, the famed wielder of the Eye? Marvel Snap's latest season, Prehistoric Avengers, is here to answer these burning questions and more. Dive into this exciting new season where you'll encounter prehistoric versions of your favorite heroes, now transformed into collectible cards.

From the very first Black Panther to the original Phoenix host, Firehair, and even Agamotto himself, these legendary figures are back with intricate and powerful abilities. And speaking of Agamotto, he introduces a groundbreaking new card type: Skills. These cards focus on actions and abilities rather than characters, and once played, they are Banished—gone for good, with no Power but at a reduced Energy cost.

But the excitement doesn't stop there. Marvel Snap's Prehistoric Avengers season also introduces two new locations to enhance your gameplay. At the Star Brand crater, you can gain additional energy if you hold the highest power there. Meanwhile, the Celestial Burial Ground lets you discard a card and replace it with another of the same cost, adding a strategic twist to your matches.

Alongside these innovations, new Spotlight Caches are rolling out, featuring top-tier cards, both old and new. Variant card art and a plethora of fresh content are making their debut, while the High Voltage mode returns to electrify your Marvel Snap experience.

As you gear up to dive back into Marvel Snap, make sure you're well-prepared. Don't risk picking a suboptimal hand.
