Earning Lunacy in Limbus Company follows a typical gacha model: abundant early game rewards tapering off as you progress.
How to Get Lunacy in Limbus Company
For new players, the main story is your primary Lunacy source. Each chapter yields approximately 390 Lunacy, with an additional 260 available for completing missions with an EX rating. Achieving an EX rating requires meeting all mission objectives, granting a bonus 40 Lunacy per first-time EX clear. Prioritize these objectives!
First-time Luxcavation stage clears also reward Lunacy, but these are one-time bonuses.
Once the main story quests are completed, Lunacy acquisition slows. Focus on these methods:
- Complete/EX clear event stages.
- Complete Boosted Mirror Dungeons.
- Uptie Identities.
- Claim Battle Pass rewards.
- Direct purchase.
Boosted Mirror Dungeons offer the most consistent Lunacy. Complete up to three weekly (resetting Wednesdays) for 750 Lunacy. These are challenging, so utilize your strongest Identities.
Limited-time events are another excellent source. Participate whenever possible and review all rewards to avoid missing out.
Uptiering (upgrading) Sinners' Identities and EGOs grants Lunacy. Reaching Uptie Tier 3 rewards 40 Lunacy. While finite, this method provides long-term gains as you upgrade your roster. Focus on leveling your characters and earning Threads.
Finally, the Battle Pass offers various resources, including Lunacy. While a free track exists, purchasing the premium track unlocks all rewards.
