Konami is working hard to get Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater released in 2025

Konami's developers have provided an update on the highly anticipated Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater remake. Producer Noriaki Okamura confirmed in a recent 4Gamer interview that the studio's top priority for 2025 is delivering a refined, high-quality game that meets fan expectations.

Okamura stated that the remake is currently playable from start to finish, with the remaining development time dedicated to polishing details and enhancing the overall quality. While initial speculation suggested a 2024 release, the game is now officially targeted for launch next year across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

The remake promises to faithfully capture the essence of the original while integrating modern gameplay mechanics and stunning visuals. Beyond graphical upgrades, Okamura hinted at new features designed to elevate the overall player experience.

Konami unveiled a captivating trailer for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater in late September. Clocking in at over two minutes, the trailer showcased key moments, including the protagonist, antagonists, thrilling action sequences like an airdrop and intense firefights.
