Infinity Nikki boasts a plethora of legendary creatures, some quest-based, others cleverly hidden, demanding thorough exploration. Among these are the Dawn Fox, Tulletail, Bullquet, and the Astral Swan.
Acquiring the Astral Feather from the Astral Swan is possible even without the associated quest, but the quest enhances understanding of the creature. This quest is titled "Soaring Above the Starry Sky."
Soaring Above the Starry Sky Quest
To initiate the "Soaring Above the Starry Sky" quest, navigate to the Stellar Fishing Ground Peak Warp Spire and interact with Curious Pinny. The first task involves visiting Lensie's house (easily located via the in-game map tracker). Subsequently, the Stylist must groom the Astral Swan, equip the Floral Gliding outfit, and then fly with the swan.
Post-flight, the quest continues with these steps:
- Locate Pinny and Lensie.
- Find Elron in Stoneville.
Grooming the Astral Swan
Grooming the Astral Swan is straightforward; simply apply Bye-Bye Dust or a similar grooming Ability Outfit. This action also yields the Astral Feather material.
Equipping the Floral Gliding Outfit
Next, equip the Floral Gliding Ability Outfit to enable flight. For optimal results, change into this complete outfit set from your wardrobe.
Flying with the Astral Swan
With the Floral Gliding Outfit equipped, activate it near the Astral Swan to initiate a cutscene. Nikki will attempt to fly with the swan. Maintain proximity to the swan throughout the flight to avoid failure.
Mid-flight, a "Soar" button appears; press it promptly. Upon the swan's return, keep the Floral Gliding outfit active until the swan lands completely. Prematurely ending the flight prevents quest progression. A successful flight advances the quest.
