Immersive Storytelling Unveiled:

Don't Nod, the French studio behind Life is Strange, has unveiled the initial chapter of their latest narrative adventure. Players can now experience Tape 1, with Tape 2 launching as a free update for all owners on April 15th.

Initially showcased in 2023, the game centers on a close group of friends fractured during the summer of 1995. Twenty-seven years later, the specters of that summer resurface, unleashing unforeseen and terrifying repercussions.

Inspired by It, Yellowjackets, and I Know What You Did Last Summer, the game expertly blends nostalgic elements with psychological thriller suspense. The game's structure is divided into two parts: Bloom and Rage. Currently, only Bloom, the first half of this chilling narrative, is accessible (February 18th).

Rage, also known as "The Tape," will be released on April 15th. Initially planned for March, the release was delayed to allow for additional refinement.

The review embargo has concluded, with OpenCritic reporting an average score of 74/100, indicating a promising start for this captivating mystery.
