While CEO Strauss Zelnick acknowledged the possibility of delays, stating that "there's always a risk of slippage," he expressed strong optimism about the projected timeframe. He emphasized Rockstar's dedication to quality, highlighting their commitment to "perfection."

Rumors suggesting that Steven Ogg, the actor who portrayed Trevor in GTA 5, disliked his character have been dispelled. Ogg clarified that he doesn't mind the character, only objecting to being called "Trevor" outside of his acting role. He confirmed his friendship with the actors who played Franklin and Michael, and while he previously speculated about Trevor's potential (and demise) in GTA 6, he currently has no involvement in the game's production.
