Guardian Tales, the acclaimed action-adventure dungeon crawler from Kakao Games, is thrilled to announce a new collaboration! The enchanting world of Frieren: Beyond Journey's End is now integrated into Guardian Tales, bringing with it three exciting new playable heroes.
The Frieren collaboration is live now! For those unfamiliar, Frieren: Beyond Journey's End is a fantasy series focusing on the life of Frieren, an immortal elf companion to the now-deceased hero, Himmel. Joined by Stark and Fern, Frieren embarks on a new journey, hoping to reconnect with her fallen friend.
This collaboration brings Stark, Fern, and Frieren themselves into the Guardian Tales universe as playable characters! Their arrival presents a unique challenge; trapped in the world of the guardians, they need the help of the existing Guardian Tales heroes to find their way home.
Event Rewards and Character Release Schedule:
The collaboration event kicks off with the introduction of Stark, obtainable through event rewards. Players can upgrade him to five stars and even limit break him. Fern will become available between January 21st and February 4th, while Frieren is already accessible and will remain so until February 4th.
In addition to the new heroes, players can acquire a free Limit Breaking Hammer, significantly enhancing the power of their characters and weapons. This makes January a month packed with rewarding events!
